03 Feb Hal Fuchs Named Business Intermediary at The NYBB Group
Hal brings over 35-plus years of executive and financial experience to his position
MELVILLE, N.Y. – Feb. 3, 2019 – The NYBB Group is proud to announce that Hal Fuchs has joined the firm as a Business Intermediary. Hal will advise business owners on matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and exit planning.
Hal was most recently affiliated with the Guardian Life Insurance Company and its broker dealer, Park Avenue Securities. During his successful tenure at Guardian, he helped entrepreneurs and privately held businesses manage their investments, insurance, and employee benefits programs.

Hal was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He is a proud husband and a father of two children. He is also a graduate of Adelphi University, where he majored in Finance and Business Management. Hal applied these skills as heir-apparent of a small business owned by his family. Under his tutelage, the business successfully transferred to the second generation. By the time that he exited the business, it had over 50 employees and approaching sales of 10 million.
Hal joins The NYBB Group to continue its 16-year history of advising clients in the so-called lower middle market. More specifically, Hal will work as a business intermediary for the firm. In this capacity, he will work with clients looking to buy, merge, or sell their business. Hal is currently studying for the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor designation.
