Monty W. Walker is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant with a diversity of experience in the private closely-held business arena. Monty has a comprehensive business background spanning over 30 years which includes experience in both startups and established entities. Monty supports Entrepreneurial Clients throughout the country. Monty has also owned and operated several of his own businesses. Thus, his experience comes from being directly in the trenches.
Monty’s practice focus is in the Business Transfer Industry providing support to Business Owners in the areas of Business Transactions, Business Structuring & Design, Business Tax Planning and Business Exit Planning. He works with Business Sellers, Business Buyers and their various advisors, such as Business Intermediaries, Accountants and Attorneys, to manage the unique financial, tax, planning and procedural matters associated with Buying and Selling a business.
Monty’s 30 years of experience includes advising clients on how to compliantly invest retirement money in private non-publicly traded investments and during most of this time he has assisted entrepreneurs with the using retirement money as a source of business capital. His experience includes working with both Self-Directed IRAs and Self-Directed 401(k) Plans.
Monty speaks nationally on various business topics. He has had the honor to speak before the United States House of Representatives Small Business Committee on the topic of How Tax Complexity Hinders Small Businesses.

Darren holds a BA degree in Performance Management and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation. He also has a background that includes over ten years of national marketing and sales experience, including a Senior Management role with Fringe Benefits Management Company, one of the nation’s most well respected TPA/Benefit Managers in the public sector. Darren has extensive experience in developing strategies for small to mid-market merger and acquisition candidates and leads the division responsible for marketing a national valuation program, which provides affordable valuation services to small businesses.

Kyle Griffith is the Managing Partner of The NYBB Group and NYBB Commercial Real Estate, Inc.. For over ten years, he has represented small and mid-sized businesses in need of merger and acquisition and business sales services. Kyle specializes in the HVAC, Trucking and Distribution industries, but has lent his expertise to clients in a broad range of sectors.

Throughout his career, he has owned and operated several businesses. These include a family owned printing and shipping company; various online retail and serviced based businesses; a package forwarding company; and a consulting firm. These experiences have helped him hone his business development, operations, and marketing skills.

Kyle is on the Board of Governors of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) as well as the International Association of Business Intermediaries (IABI). He is presently the Co-chairman of the Member Engagement Committee of the IBBA. Kyle also chairs the Metropolitan chapter of the New York Association of Business Brokers and is serves on the Marketing Committee of the M&A Source.
