He has worked at several prestigious Fortune 500 and middle market companies, including New York Life Insurance, MassMutual, Citywide Properties & Equities, Cross Island Real Estate, and New York Estates Group Inc. Dale is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. He is an active member of his community and belongs to the following community organizations: Elmont Chamber of Commerce, Greater Jamaica Merchant Association, Queens Chamber of Commerce and Saint Albans Civic Improvement Association.
Dale is also a veteran of the United States armed forces, having served in both the United States (U.S.) Army and New York Army National Guard. His distinguished military career spans over 25 years.
Dale enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1995 shortly after graduating from high school. During his five-year stint in the U.S. Army he worked as Field Artillery specialist for several Mechanized Infantry Divisions. He was promoted to Sergeant and earned numerous awards, including the Army Commendation Medal.
Dale re-entered the military as a New York Guardsman following the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001. Over the next 19 years, he served with distinction on several high-profile missions both domestically and abroad. He also served in several capacities in Afghanistan, where he earned the Army Commendation Medal for outstanding performance as a Logistics Officer. He was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant (Officer) in 2004 and went on to achieve the rank of Captain.
Dale is a graduate of DeVry University, where he majored in Business. He resides in Elmont with his wife, Simone, and daughters, Gemma and Laila.
