Marie Vincent is a Business Intermediary with The NYBB Group.  She primarily works with property and casualty insurance agencies seeking a merger, acquisition, or divestiture.  Her typical client earns annual revenues between $5 million and $50 million.

Marie has extensive experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.  She started her insurance career in 1988, providing premium Audit and Loss Control Services to insurance companies and General Managing Agents.

In 2011, she co-founded Vincent & Vincent Property & Casualty Services Inc., a firm dedicated to educating and providing insurance brokerage services to both business owners and individuals.  Marie has marketed commercial and personal insurance products for several, global insurance companies, such as Nationwide, Progressive Insurance, and Zurich, among others.  She pursued and completed an OSHA 500 course and became an authorized OSHA 10- & 30-Hour Construction Safety Trainer in 2008.

Marie also launched and operated successful e-commerce and Information Technology businesses.  Her I.T. consulting business provided web design, hardware, and network set-up services to small businesses.  Her e-commerce operations consisted of selling various products via several internet outlets, including Amazon, eBay, and others.
