Hal Fuchs is a Certified M&A Advisor at The NYBB Group. Hal advises business owners on matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, exit planning, and valuation. He has experience working with business owners, CEOs, and other senior executives. He typically counsels firms with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million.

Hal began his career at his family’s small business—a business that he methodically scaled and ultimately led as CEO. Over a 30-plus year span, he expanded the business to a staff of 50 employees and doubled sales to approximately $10 million dollars per year.

Most recently, Hal was affiliated with Guardian Life Insurance and its broker dealer, Park Avenue Securities. His wealth management practice helped high net-worth entrepreneurs and businesses in need of financial advisory, investment planning, risk management, and employee benefits.

Hal is a proud husband and father of two children. He is an accomplished, commercially rated pilot and Coast Guard Auxiliary volunteer who enjoys competing in triathlons. He is a graduate of Adelphi University, where he majored in Finance and Business Management.
