As the President of The A Team Consulting, I ensure that our approach is flexible to meet an organization’s evolving needs. We have served over 200 clients in diverse sectors such as fashion/apparel, retail, physician practices, and not-for-profits, and so can almost always draw on prior experience to meet the client’s particular situation.

We provide outsourced accounting and financial advice and deliver at three levels: Bookkeeping, Controller, and CFO. In many cases, we also become the trusted business advisor to business owners, Presidents and Executive Directors.

Early in my career, I obtained over a decade of financial and general management experience. As a consultant for the past 20+ years, I have managed the financial functions of a large and diverse client base of smaller companies and not-for-profit organizations. I can focus on big-picture strategy, but also have a sharp eye for detail and strive to achieve the best possible results for my clients. I am known for a low-key, yet assertive leadership style that delivers short-term and long-term results to improve PEOPLE, PROCESSES and PROFITS. I’m accustomed to fast-paced environments and difficult assignments.
