Kyle Griffith Elected to International Business Brokers Association Board of Governors

Members of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) have elected New York city business intermediary, Kyle Griffith, to its Board.  Mr. Griffith is a Managing Partner and Principal with The NYBB Group and has been a practicing Business Intermediary for 9 years. Mr. Griffith is also the Metropolitan Chapter Chairman of the New York Association of Business Brokers.

“Kyle has been doing great things as co-chair of our Member Engagement Committee and it hasn’t gone unnoticed,” stated Warren Burkholder, 2018 IBBA Chair of the Board.  “His ideas and commitment have quickly earned him the respect of his peers, as his advancement to the Board is one of the quickest ever.  I’m excited to see what he’ll do in the years ahead.”

IBBA Board members are elected by membership vote and each holds a three-year term, with a maximum service of two sequential terms.  Mr. Griffith will begin his term effective January 1, 2019.

Mr. Griffith represents small and mid-sized businesses in need of merger and acquisition and business sales services. He works directly with business owners seeking to purchase or sell a business. Mr. Griffith assists them throughout the business transition process from conception to close, navigating any issues that may arise. Kyle specializes in the HVAC, Trucking and Distribution industries, but has lent his expertise to clients in a broad range of sectors.
