The International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) announces it has awarded Kyle Griffith of Strategic Merger & Acquisition Advisors its’ prestigious designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).

The Certified Business Intermediary designation has been granted to members of the International Business Brokers Association who have met the requirements in industry knowledge and experience, education, continuing education and ethical standards.

To qualify for the certification, Mr. Griffith had to successfully complete 68 credit hours of IBBA courses, and pass exams for various coursework, including ethics, financial analysis, business pricing and valuation, legal and tax classes and more.

Additionally, Mr. Griffith must follow the IBBA’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as well as participate in continuing education coursework in order to maintain his certification.

Anthony Citrolo Completes Two Years as President of the Accountant/Attorney Networking Group (AANG)
